[ARCHIVED] Attention Montville Township Altice subscribers!

The Mayor and Township Committee has been actively engaged in advocating before the NJ Board of Public Utilities relating to the quality of Township Cable and internet services for Montville customers.  At the last Township Committee meeting, Deputy Mayor Kayne, in has monthly update of the Altice matter, identified the “Altice Retention Center” as a possible cost savings benefit for Customers of Altice.

 Since providing this information, the administration has been advised that numerous Township residents have contacted the Altice Customer Retention Center to discuss their rates and services, and many have obtained a reduction in their monthly charges of up to 10% and some even 25%.  If you are an Altice, Optimum or Cablevision subscriber and unhappy with your current rates and services, we encourage you to contact the Customer Retention Center at 844-696-1869.  We cannot guarantee a rate reduction, but the Township wants you to be aware of this opportunity.  Please let the administration know   if you are satisfied after calling the Retention Center as such is important information with respect to our efforts relating to this matter.
